Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The B & K Bakery website and any orders placed with us. By accessing our site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Policy

All of our products are handmade and prepared to order. Because our items are crafted in small batches, slight variations in appearance, weight, and ingredients may occur. We pride ourselves on artisanal quality and individualized attention to each order.

Preparation Time

We require a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) preparation time for most custom and made-to-order items. This lead time allows us to source fresh ingredients and craft your order with care.

• Rush orders may be possible subject to availability and an additional fee.
• Estimated ready-for-pickup or delivery times will be provided after order confirmation.

Service Area

The B & K Bakery currently accepts orders for delivery and pickup within the state of California only. If you submit an address outside our service area we will contact you to discuss options and may cancel the order if delivery is not possible.

Ordering, Pickup & Delivery

How to Order

Orders are accepted via our website order form and contact forms. Required information includes your name, email, phone number, delivery/pickup address, and order details.

Pickup

Pickup orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window. If you cannot collect during that time, please contact us to reschedule. Uncollected orders may be discarded or donated for safety reasons.

Delivery

Delivery is available within our California service area. Delivery windows are estimates; customers will be notified if we expect delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address during the scheduled window.
• Notify us of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

Pricing & Product Availability

Prices listed on the website are in USD and are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If an item is priced incorrectly we will attempt to contact you to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product availability is limited by our small-batch production. Items may sell out or be temporarily unavailable; we will notify you promptly if this affects your order.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellations & Changes

Because our products are made-to-order, cancellations or significant changes requested within 48 hours of the scheduled preparation time may not be accepted. We will evaluate each request and do our best to accommodate you, subject to ingredient purchases and production status.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at our discretion. If an item is defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us immediately at bronxkaren1@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Liability & Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The B & K Bakery's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the purchase price of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions where customers have not disclosed allergies or where cross-contact occurs during production.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, recipes, and design elements, is the property of The B & K Bakery or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.
